What to wear/bring: Wear comfortable workout clothes such as T-shirt with shorts, sweats or yoga pants for ladies and be sure to bring a refillable water bottle.
What to expect: Expect to learn principle based Fighting Skills, Strikes (punches, kicks, elbows and knees) and Effective Combinations to increase your Fight IQ. You will build mental toughness, get in great shape and much more while working hard, having fun and making like-minded new friends.
