The L.E.0. Project
The L.E.O. Project is a free training initiative built on the love, honor and respect we have for our fellow Law Enforcement Officers. It is a partnership between Reticent Warrior Tactics, Top Shelf Ammo and the 200 Club to provide free Firearms, Close Quarters Battle and Combatives training to sworn, armed law enforcement officers at the federal, state and local levels.
To date, over 23,000 Law Enforcement Officers have died in the line of duty in the United States. The lions on this page are from the beautiful National Law Enforcement Officer’s Memorial which was built to honor our fallen police officers. The L.E.O. Project has been designed and built to help prevent our brothers and sisters in blue from falling due to a lack of training and experience. We want to give you the training you need and deserve even if you and your agency or department may not be able to afford it.
“Blessed are the Peacemakers for they will be called sons of God”
Matthew 5:9
Meet our L.E.O. Project Partners
Top Shelf Ammo (TSA) is a retail store in Pooler, Georgia that specializes in firearm and ammunition sales. They are quickly becoming the concealed carry headquarters for the local area. TSA is a strong supporter of the 2nd Amendment and believes those who carry firearms should be well trained. They have partnered with Reticent Warrior Tactics to expand firearms education, safety and self-defense training to the community and to our brothers and sisters in Law Enforcement.
The 200 Club of the Coastal Empire is a non-profit organization formed to care for those who care for us. It honors the sacrifice of police officer Christopher Argentinis who gave his life on December 11, 1999, while protecting others. As an organization, they proudly provide significant financial assistance, as well as, fully paid college education to the surviving spouse and children of first responders who lose their lives in the line of duty while protecting our communities.
2025 Training dates will be announced soon!
Integrated Survival Combatives (ISC)
Hand to hand combat while carrying and protecting your firearm. Most of us rely on tasers and pepper spray way too much. Mastering the fundamentals of Mindset, Striking, Grappling, Groundfighting, Cuffing and Weapons will make you harder to kill.
Pistol Training
For most police officers, the pistol is their primary weapon. Developing solid fundamentals will enhance your performance on demand capabilities. Accountability for all rounds fired is critical.
Rifle/Carbine Training
When fire power matters and time permits, the AR-15 platform is the go to weapon for most police officers. Becoming confidently capable with this weapon is a must and will allow you to protect yourself and others at a must greater distance.
Behavior Compliant CQB
Every threshold you cross and every room you enter is a function of Close Quarters Battle. Whether rescuing a hostage or taking a report, understanding CQB tactics will improve your odds of survival in a structure.
Selection for training provided by the L.E.O. Project is not guaranteed! Applicants receive training slots on a first come, first served basis prioritized by need until the class is full or the cutoff date arrives. While applicants are typically limited to one free training course per year, you may request to attend additional training in the same calendar year by being placed on our waiting list. Applicants on the waiting list may be accepted if any open training slots exist after the closing date of the course. All applicants must be full-time, sworn law enforcement officers at the federal, state or local level. All applicants must get Agency/Departmental approval to attend the training prior to submitting an application. All applicant submissions will be reviewed by the Reticent Warrior Tactics Director of Training and/or his designee to determine need and priority so be sure to fully complete the application and review it before you submit it.
