Training Facility
Our Krav Maga training is held at the Reticent Warrior training center inside Top Shelf Ammo, 1370 US Hwy 80, Pooler, Georgia. This facility houses our classroom, Krav Maga and Combatives studio and our Close Quarters Battle (CQB) training house.
HISTORY/LINAGE OF KRAV MAGA MALEH
Krav Maga Maleh has deep roots in traditional Krav Maga created in Israel. Imi Lichtenfeld, bless his memory, is the Father and founder of the Krav Maga self defense and combat method. He started implementing his method in 1944 with the Haganah Brigade, prior to the declaration of Israel as a state in 1948. Over the course of many years this method was used and improved in the Israeli Defense Force (IDF), by Imi and later his first and top student Eli Avikzar, bless his memory. Eli was granted the world's first official Black Belt by Imi in 1971. Eli awarded Guy Dar the rank of Black Belt and Instructor in 1989….

Master Guy Dar is an 9th Degree Blackbelt Master & Chief Instructor of Krav Maga Maleh (KMM) and has official representatives in countries worldwide. Krav Maga Maleh USA is the only official representative organization of Krav Maga Maleh in the United States and holds close to it's deep knowledge, culture and heritage.
Vann Winn (DEA Supervisory Special Agent Ret.) is a life long Martial Artist with decades of experience. He has personally instructed hundreds of civilians, law enforcement and military personal on Combatives, Self-Defense and Firearm Tactics. He is a Certified Krav Maga Maleh Instructor, 4th Degree Black Belt in Kami Bushi Kai Karate (mixed martial art) and currently trains in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He has also cross trained in many different martial arts styles and self-defense systems. Vann is a Federally Certified Firearms, CQB Tactics and Raids Instructor and is the Owner and Director of Training for Reticent Warrior Tactics.
Staff Instructor Brandon Phillips is a Level 3 Certified Krav Maga Maleh Instructor with years of experience in teaching and training. He is a United States Army Special Operations helicopter pilot (retired) with numerous combat and other deployments to the Middle East, Central America and South America. Brandon is also an Endurance Sports Athlete and performing musician.
Krav Maga Maleh (KMM) techniques are always evolving and improving so students are prepared for the most modern attacks. The basic principles of KMM however, have remained constant and true since inception:

Krav Maga Maleh USA has certified instructors in areas spread across the United States. We also have Certified Training Centers in Georgia, North Carolina and Tennessee. Come train with us and you will understand why KMM is highly respected and continuing to grow.
Regular Adult classes (16 years and up) are held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00pm. (Classes are 1 hour but can go up to 1 1/2 hours)
Weapons Wednesday is the first Wednesday of each month. This class starts at 7:00 and focuses on weapon retention and disarms for firearms, knives and sticks.
