Private or Semi-Private Lessons
We offer private lessons for individuals and groups in Firearms, BC/CQB, Integrated Survival Combatives (ISC) and Krav Maga. If you really want to get the absolute most for your time and money investment, then a private or semi-private lesson may be your best option. These lessons can be customized to meet the very specific wants and needs of you the student. While our instructors will design a program to meet your needs, it will still contain Reticent Warrior Tactics’ ethos and underlying foundational guiding principles and concepts.
Spending time one-on-one with a highly knowledgable instructor is not easy to come by and our availability for private lessons is limited. If you need help with a specific issue or problem, be sure to let us know so we can make a plan to address it. Our goal is to move you forward in your knowledge, skills and tactics as a Shooter, Protector and Operator. Contact us today to get your private lesson scheduled.
Performance-Based Training: Our methods and teachings may be a little different than what you have previously experienced. We use Performance-Based training combined with limited Standards-Based training. Obviously, we have high standards for our training programs but we don’t train for outcomes ie. ambiguous standards, we train for your forward progress. Our focus is to help you improve your personal performance (skillset) at whatever level you are at today so you can be better, faster and smarter tomorrow.
Course length - 2-4 hours with additional hours as needed. We can also tailor training to your specific needs. (Please call or email to inquire).
Prerequisites - No prior firearms, tactics or personal defense training is required.
Cost - $100.00 per hour (minimum 2 hours plus any applicable range fees). We offer special discounts to law enforcement, military and their spouses. Active Duty Law Enforcement Officers, Military and their spouses get 20% off private lessons for a limited time. Location: 17 South Rod and Gun Club, 5899 North Costal Highway, Fleming, Georgia and/or Top Shelf Ammo training facility, 1370 US Highway 80, Pooler, Georgia.
Course Requirements
First things first, empty your cup. Neither a full cup nor a big ego have room for more. Come with an open-mind and humble spirit ready to learn and work hard to move forward in your skill development.
A quality semi-automatic pistol (iron sights or optic) with a good quality tactical or OWB holster and/or a quality rifle (iron sights or optic) with sling.
At least 2 spare magazines for your pistol with mag pouches and 2 for your rifle.
Quality stiff belt.
Lesson dependent - Full tactical kit (vest, plate carrier, helmet, etc) if available. This is not required for most lessons.
Quality range ammo. Amount lesson/length dependant.
Weather appropriate attire that you don’t mind getting dirty.
Hearing protection and Eye protection
For ISC (Combatives training) - mouthguard and protective cup are required. Hand wraps are recommended.
Hydration - Water, Gatorade, etc.
Lunch/Snacks
Recommended Items - Electronic ear pro, Hat, Gloves, Sunscreen, bug repellant, notepad
