Krav Maga complimentary class (Adults, Teens and Kids)
**This offer is designed for first time students only and limited to one free class.
What to expect:
We ask that you arrive about 5:40pm on the day of your first class so we can meet and go over some basic skills and principles privately before class begins. This way you won’t be lost and will have a better understanding of what we will be doing and working on during class. Our goal is for you to relax, learn and enjoy your time training. Depending on where we are in our curriculum, you will train in Striking, Escapes, Clinch Fighting, Ground Fighting or Modern Weapon Defense during our time together. Our classes are informal, fun, challenging and teach you real-world self-defense skills you can start using right away. Reticent means restrained, reserved so think quiet professional without a big ego. We ask that you please leave your ego outside our doors and we promise to do the same.
What to wear:
We all work out in T-shirts, shorts and sweats (yoga pants for women) and suggest you do the same. We don’t allow street shoes on the mats (think germs) so most of us go barefoot. You may wear martial arts shoes that have not been worn outside or socks which can be slippery. We also suggest a refillable water bottle and a small face towel for sweat.
Benefits:
The actual benefits of training Krav Maga would fill up this page but here are a few. Everyone gets the same real-world self defense skills but they also get something unique to them because it affects us all in different ways. You will learn how to defend yourself and understand when you can do so. You will gain competence which leads to confidence and increase your ability to focus. You will develop self-discipline and increase your coordination.. You will increase your flexibility, mobility, muscle strength and your cardio. You will make like-minded new friends and training partners. You will relieve stress without really trying to do so and become part of something that’s truly special. And, if you really commit, you will eventually achieve your black belt, a feat than only about 1% of the population have done.
Culture:
Our school culture is awesome, welcoming and feels like family. Everyone is here to learn, improve and be a good training partner. You will not be intimidated or criticized by staff or students. Reticent Warrior Krav Maga is a great place to start your and your family’s Krav Maga journey.
Purpose:
There is no obligation, sales pressure or long-term contracts. This complimentary class is for you and us so we can both determine if we are a good match to meet your specific training needs. This class helps you to take that all important first step with literally no risk so you can start your self-defense journey.
Where:
All classes are held at the Reticent Warrior Training Center, 200 Governor Truetlen Road, Suite 18, Pooler, Georgia. This is our newly remodeled state of the art training center. Please don’t hesitate to call if you have any questions or concerns, we are here to help. (912) 521-7230. (This offer is for first time students only and limited to one.)
